Andy has been involved in various disciplines of law for over forty years both in the public and private sector and retains a hands on approach within the business advising clients, conducting tribunal cases and delivering training courses.  His relaxed and friendly approach in delivering seminars, advanced training courses and workshops has won testimonials from a variety of professional delegates. Andy has successfully conducted tribunal cases and has advised and represented organisations in complicated T.U.P.E. issues, unfair dismissal claims, contractual disputes, discipline and grievance, absence management. He also has overall control of business development and strategic planning.

Helen is the Finance Director whose background in business and financial management follows her Economic and Business Studies Diploma at York Business College. She has worked in commerce since leaving higher education and has been employed by several high street banks and public sector organisations. Helen has developed her knowledge and experience to successfully financially manage Howarths and is tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the financial stability of the business thus ensuring reinvestment and progressive balanced growth.

Gavin graduated from Leeds University with a Law degree and obtained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the Leeds School of Law. He went on to train and qualify as a solicitor with one of the largest corporate firms in the UK gaining experience in several disciplines of law such as, property, commercial, tax and employment amongst others. Gavin chose the option to join the family business providing the organisation with not only a succession plan but a highly qualified and motivated professional. Gavin heads up the legal team providing advice, responding to tribunal claims and representing clients at employment tribunals.
