We are pleased to announce that as of July, Howarths will be launching a specialist HR department to complement the existing Employment Law and Health and Safety teams. We will be offering more specialist HR support services such as recruitment and selection, staff engagement and team building, performance management, pay and reward, and onsite attendance for investigations, disciplinaries and grievances (to name just a few!).

In addition to the specialist HR skills we already have in house with Tracey (HR Advisor and MCIPD qualified), Ellie-Mae (HR Assistant and CIPD qualified) and Caitlan (HR Administrator), we have bolstered the team with the addition of Bob Cherry who will be joining us in July. Bob is a vastly experienced people manager having spent years working within the public sector at very senior levels. He is also a specialist investigator and so is ideally placed to support our clients with their onsite HR needs.

With a combination of professional qualifications and theory, and years of people management experience both in the private and public sector, the Howarths HR team will be perfectly equipped to offer our clients a multi-faceted approach to ensure we are adding value to their business. We understand our clients problems aren’t merely legal, so our solutions won’t be either.
