    Health & Safety Training

The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 require employers to ensure that their workforce, including managers and supervisors, are trained and competent.

Howarths offers a range of Health & Safety courses to keep your business compliant with health & safety laws.

Our training will help upskill your managers on their health and safety obligations and why they exist, leading to increased health and safety protection for your business and the avoidance of potentially serious health and safety breaches.

Your bolt-on Health & Safety team

Many clients work with us on a retained basis as their bolt-on Health & Safety department, and our team has a wealth of experience working with large manufacturing businesses on production lines and factory floors where risk is prevalent and regular health and safety checks are required.

You’ll be allocated a dedicated health and safety expert from our advisory team who will visit your premises to carry out health and safety audits, and we’ll work with you to tailor the number of visits required to meet your business needs.

The service we provide is personal, so you’ll get to know your advisor. Just as importantly, they will get to know you, your business and how it works. This way, you know that your needs are catered for in a way that ensures ongoing health and safety compliance.

Following each visit, a report will be drafted by your consultant highlighting any health and safety issues for you to be aware of, before helping you make improvements. Plus, our 24/7 advice line means we’ll be available whenever you need us.
