We have recently grown our team once again with two new faces joining us at Howarths HQ.
Sharon Escritt has joined the company as senior HR adviser and will provide guidance on various HR issues to our 500 strong client base.
Sharon has more than 15 years’ HR management experience working in roles in the public and private sectors, predominantly across manufacturing, engineering and logistics and she is MCIPD qualified.
Freya Dearman also joins us as a HR and employment law assistant, having completed a period of work experience at Howarths and studying Law at The University of Leeds.
Freya will support our growing employment law team with drafting policies and undertaking employment law research to assist the senior team.
We’re delighted to have promoted Louise Rogers to the position of sales and marketing manager, where she will oversee our sales and marketing strategy, working alongside external PR and marketing teams. Congratulations Louise!
The latest additions to team Howarths follow a period of record growth for us, after we recorded £1 million turnover in our annual financial results for our financial year ending June 2019.
Managing director, Gavin, said:
“Sharon and Freya’s appointments take our head count to 21 at what is a very exciting time of growth for Howarths. We are actioning plans to increase turnover by at least 10% each year over the next three years and recruit another six members of staff to the team.
“The addition of Sharon and Freya to our team is part of these plans and they will both be instrumental in supporting our team and clients as we move forward.”
