We hold job interviews for SMEs that don’t have the expertise needed or time required to conduct a thorough interview process.
Working with you, we’ll arrange a candidate interview schedule and then attend each interview to ensure the right questions are asked to get you the right person for the role. Some of our clients like to sit in the interviews with a member of our team, while some like to hand the entire process over to us before we present them with our recommendations.
We can provide interview support at your place of work, over the phone or remotely via video call, making the interview process as flexible and efficient as possible, both for you and your interviewee.
