    Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
    1. The referral programme is open to existing, previous and non-clients.
    2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the appropriate referral form.
    3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with Howarths.
    4. There is only one reward for each referred company, and there is no limit to the number of businesses that a referrer can refer.
    5. To qualify for your reward of a £150 voucher of choice, the referred company must sign a Howarths retained contract for at least one of Howarths core services (HR, Employment Law or Health and Safety).
    6. The reward will be issued within 90 days of the contract being signed.
    7. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of Howarths is final and the referral scheme may change or be withdrawn at any time at the absolute discretion of Howarths.
    8. The recipient is responsible for dealing with any tax consequences of receiving the reward and Howarths accepts no responsibility for this.
    9. Client Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
