The law around sexual harassment in the workplace has changed. There is now even more pressure on the employer to manage sexual harassment appropriately, and the consequences for getting it wrong are significant. The Equality and Human Rights Commission has stated that training should be tailored towards the nature of the employer, the target audience, and the employer’s policy in order to be compliant, meaning that generic off-the-shelf training is not enough.
Our training is designed to be bespoke to the challenges faced by your business to ensure compliance with your duty to prevent sexual harassment of your employees.
The training is a four-hour in-person course for up to 12 managers.
Following completion of the sexual harassment training course, you / your managers will:
- Know and understand the law on sexual harassment and what it means for your organisation.
- Understand what sexual harassment is and ways it might be happening in your organisation.
