It is well established that training and upskilling your staff will increase productivity, and therefore improve your business. At Howarths we offer a full range of training on HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety.

All our trainers are qualified in their respective fields with genuine experience. Our trainers are our advisors so your staff will be learning from people who deal in their field every day. The training courses we offer therefore cover a perfect mix of theory and practice.

In line with our ethos and identity as an organisation, all of our training is delivered in a way which is relaxed, down to earth and enjoyable. We continue to receive fantastic feedback from our training courses as a result of the way they are delivered and we’re always striving to be better!

The Howarths HR and Employment Teams will run very small, bespoke sessions for up to four people on any area of HR and Employment Law.

Tailor Made Courses

The Howarths HR and Employment Law Teams can offer bespoke one-day training courses for up to ten delegates at your premises.

Howarths are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) which gives our clients the additional benefit that our accredited courses are regulated by a national organisation and will result in a recognised certificate for all attendees. These certificates can then be stored on an employee’s personnel file and would be very useful evidence in any Tribunal situation.

Our current ILM training courses are as follows:
