Family First
Anyone who works in business with their dad, mum, brother, sister, spouse or other family member knows that if you let it, business can erode your loving, family relationship. The sometimes sterile business dynamics of work colleagues, business partners and board members takes over.
We have the ultimate golden rule which we’ll never waiver on; family before business. It just matters so much more. Mutual appreciation and respect, clear boundaries, love and communication.
