We have just celebrated the end of our financial year for 2023/24. It’s been a year of change and growth. The numbers look great—revenue is up by 11.5%, client retention is up by 4% to an amazing 94%, and order book value, revenue per head, and net margin are all up and to the right. It’s amazing to see numbers like that.
But what we really celebrate at Howarths is the people behind it—the staff team who roll up their sleeves and graft together with heart to make sure clients receive the best experience every time. We take client feedback on board and constantly look to improve; we don’t brush it under the carpet. We want to be the best. To our amazing clients rest assured, as we move into the next financial year, we will continue this commitment.
