Howarths are delighted to announce that we have appointed Sharon Rosindale as Head of Operations.
Managing Director Gavin Howarth shared, “Sharon joins as part of our senior team, in the role of Head of Operations – a vital position as we scale Howarths through the levels. Sharon has a long career in operations (including at large multi-million-pound businesses), has run her own business, and is also completing her CIPD. That trio of experience is perfect for us – process, efficiency, productivity, people, empathy, and knowledge for what it takes to survive and thrive as an SME”.
