Day 1 – ‘Essential Management’ delivered by our hugely experienced, personable and practical employment law solicitors. We cover;
- What it means to manage people
- The purpose of contracts and handbook
- Disciplinary
- Sickness and performance management.
Day 2 — On day two, we build upon the legal knowledge gained during day one. Here, we focus not just on theory but practical solutions to take your management skills to the next level. Delivered by our hugely experienced HR Growth Advisors, who bring big company HR expertise to the SME market. We cover;
- How to manage your time effectively.
- Motivation and team dynamics.
- Giving feedback to improve performance.
- How to have those difficult conversations.
Essential Management Day 1 and Day 2 is a programme approved as ‘ILM Recognised’, which can be used in the Employment Tribunal as evidence that training has taken place. This reflects very well on the employer.
The cost? £750 + VAT for both courses, £500 + VAT for 1 of the 2 days if you would like to attend just one of the days.
Includes a light buffet lunch and free parking on both days.
