Our organisation has worked closely with Howarth's for some time, however its only in the last few months I have liaised directly with Sarah and Charlotte. Both have been incredibly helpful, offering advice sometimes further than asked, for a more rounded approach. Their responses are swift which is often needed given the work we're involved with, and if they aren't available, I have found their colleagues Jonothan, Katie, and Anna to be equally as helpful and responsive even when they're having to get up to speed quickly!
