Our organisation has worked closely with Howarth's for some time, however its only in the last few months I have liaised directly with Sarah and Charlotte. Both have been incredibly helpful, offering advice sometimes further than asked, for a more rounded approach. Their responses are swift which is often needed given the work we're involved with, and if they aren't available, I have found their colleagues Jonothan, Katie, and Anna to be equally as helpful and responsive even when they're having to get up to speed quickly! Howarths HR are great at what they do, but the best thing about them is that they are brilliant people who are great to engage with. Their advice is first class, and their charitable foundation does some fantastic work in the community too. I'd definitely recommend them.

Investigation training for managers
Conducting a full and thorough employee investigation can be a daunting prospect for managers with no formal training or experience.
The ACAS Code of Practice also states that those who carry out investigations should be trained for the task.
Howarths provides investigation training for SMEs and larger organisations to ensure employees running investigations are confident, prepared and able to achieve the best outcome. We can deliver investigation training workshops at your premises, provide one-to-one investigation coaching, or facilitate workshops via video call.
External investigation support
Howarths can attend your place of work and run the investigation process from start to finish on your behalf, including taking witness statements, sitting in on meetings and providing reports.

Conducting a full and proper investigation is critical to the success or otherwise of the relevant HR process. Many cases are lost in Employment Tribunal through lack of proper investigation.
