Howarths are delighted to be able to offer a virtual ILM Recognised ‘Essential Management’ course designed to upskill your management team ready for the year ahead. With your people being as important as ever for business success, we are encouraging businesses to invest where it matters and make sure managers are equipped to deal with HR and employment issues within their teams.
The course will run over 5 days. Throughout that week, from 10am to 11am every day, our expert team will be presenting a full range of management topics including ‘what it means to manage people’, ‘the purpose of contracts and handbook’ and covering all aspects of disciplinary, sickness and performance management.
This course is designed to give managers a grounding in HR which will build confidence and allow them to directly apply into their work. The end result will also include the manager receiving an ILM Accreditation which can be used in Employment Tribunal as evidence that training has taken place, reflecting very well on the employer.
