This is a one-day, in-person course delivered by Howarths hugely experienced HR Growth Partners, Cath Crane and Katie Fletcher – who are bringing big company HR expertise to the SME market.

• Motivation and team dynamics.
• Giving feedback to improve performance.
• How to have those difficult conversations.

Whilst this course builds perfectly upon the legal knowledge gained during our Essential Management course. Here, we focus not just on theory but practical solutions to take your management skills to the next level.

The cost? £450 plus VAT for individual bookings. This includes a Howarths certificate and a light buffet lunch (please note that this course isn’t yet ILM recognised—we’re working on that!).
