Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

With the recent legal changes regarding sexual harassment, many clients have asked about training on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. We are delighted to announce that we can offer this.

Our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is bespoke to your business.

The training is a four-hour in-person course for up to 12 managers.

Following completion of the sexual harassment training course you / your managers will:

• Know and understand the law on sexual harassment and what it means for your organisation.
• Understand what sexual harassment is and ways it might be happening in your organisation.
• Understand the “reasonable steps” you should be taking within your organisation to prevent sexual harassment happening and be confident in taking these steps, including:
  • How to assess and take steps to reduce risk in your workplace, including creating and completing a sexual harassment risk assessment tailored to your organisation
  • Developing a sexual harassment policy that’s fit for purpose and confident in communicating and embedding it within your organisation
  • Putting a reporting system in place for sexual harassment complaints
  • Handling sexual harassment complaints
  • Dealing with sexual harassment from third parties
  • How to monitor and evaluate the preventative actions you take
